Breast reconstruction

Reconstruction after breast cancer surgery in two steps. Latissimus flap with tissue expander, then implantation of round implant filled with cohesive silicone gel, the surgical incision is made under the breast. During the implantation we used intraoperative sizer to get the best result in the contralateral breast both in size and form. The last part of the breast reconstruction is the nipple formation. The photos were taken several years after the operation series.
