Breast reconstruction

Reconstruction of unsymmetrical breasts in two steps, 500 cc tissue expander, then implantation with moderate profile, round textural implant filled with cohesive silicone gel, size 460 ml. Dual plane technique,the surgical incision is made under the breast. The correction of the contralateral side is made with reverse T-shape technique, the surgical incision is made under the breast, around the areola and in the middle line of the breast connecting the two other incisions. The 6-month-old scars will whiten till 12 months,  individual inclination plays a part in the process.
